PERSONALISED PLAN & ONGOING SUPPORT

See how 4M Fitness builds a personalised training plan, runs weekly check-ins and keeps you accountable — coaching that adjusts as your body, schedule and goals change.

A plan built for you, not for everyone

Your programme starts from your consultation: your goal, your training age, the equipment you can reach, the days you can genuinely commit, and the injuries or habits that need working around. Sets, reps, exercise selection and progression are chosen for that picture — which is why two 4M Fitness clients chasing the same goal rarely follow the same week.

Every choice has a reason, and you get told the reason. Understanding why you are doing something is what keeps you doing it.

What ongoing support includes

  • A structured training programme with clear progression, updated as you get stronger.
  • Nutrition guidance that fits your food preferences and routine — no unsustainable extremes.
  • Regular check-ins reviewing training logs, weight trends, energy, sleep and how you actually feel.
  • Technique feedback from video reviews so form improves instead of quietly breaking down.
  • Direct access for the in-between questions: travel weeks, illness, events, plateaus.

How the plan evolves

Progress is rarely a straight line, so the plan is not fixed. Check-ins are where adjustments happen: if strength is climbing but recovery is suffering, volume changes. If life gets loud for a fortnight, the programme is reduced to something you can still hold, rather than abandoned. If a lift stalls, exercise selection or progression style shifts. This is the difference between a downloaded PDF and being coached.

Accountability sits alongside it. Knowing someone reviews your week — and knows your history — is often what turns a good intention into a habit that lasts years, not weeks.

Coaching from anywhere

Online coaching runs worldwide. Your programme lives on your phone, check-ins fit your time zone, and the approach works in a commercial gym, a home setup or a hotel gym while travelling. In-person training is also available where schedules allow.

Common questions

How soon will I see results?

Most clients notice strength, energy and consistency shifting within a few weeks; visible body composition change typically builds over 8 to 12 weeks of steady work.

What if I can only train twice a week?

Then the plan is designed for two sessions. A programme you complete beats an ambitious one you abandon.

Do I need a full gym?

No. Programming is written around the equipment you actually have access to.
